Dear
Families, Welcome to 3rd
grade! Throughout the upcoming months,
we will be working very hard. Even
though the focus will be on academics, your child will be developing life
skills, which will enable them to be productive citizens. Encouraging interdependence,
responsibility, and work ethic are among the characteristics that we will be
working on all year. I have always
enjoyed a team relationship with the parents of my students. We are both interested in the well being of
your child and need to work together to promote this. In fact, parents are my biggest
advocates! Therefore, I will do my best
to keep the lines of communication open with monthly newsletters, comments on
weekly grams, periodic phone calls, notes, and conferences. Please do not hesitate to contact me! I look forward to working with you this
school year. We have a great opportunity
to collaborate as a team for your child!
